What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the contact form on this website:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give one (this is optional)
• the message you write

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, so there is nothing else collected about your visit and no cookie banner to accept.

How we use it, and why

We use your details to:

• read and reply to your message
• send you an automatic email confirming we received it

Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take the steps you have asked us to take, and, where you are not yet a client, our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us about our services. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

How your message is sent

When you submit the form, your message is emailed to us through Cloudflare, which provides the hosting and email delivery for this website. Cloudflare processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. We do not keep a separate database of form submissions: your message exists as an email in our mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a client, we keep information about you in line with the terms of our engagement and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to restrict or stop using your information
• object to us using your information where we rely on legitimate interests
• ask for your information in a portable format, where it applies
